Tamara has a great, easy going attitude, and felt like a friend through the process. I appreciate how much she took care of on our behalf to make the process as seamless as possible. She came highly recommended by multiple friends of mine, and we'll definitely be using her in the future.

Tamara Dean is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is ultra responsive to our every need and always goes far above and beyond what is industry standard. Plus, she is great to spend time with, so looking for a house is more fun than it would be otherwise. Tamara is absolutely the best possible agent we could have ever been blessed to work with. Tamara listed the property while I was out of the country and sent me a full-price offer two days later. I recommend her highly, but the I can't rate her on some of the specifics because, for me, they didn't come into play. I would have liked a little more information on terminating utilities and the closing process.

We sold our condo in Bellevue with Tamara's help. It was a very challenging close that involved a 1031 exchange. The buyer took MUCH longer to close than would be expected and the sellers on the other end of the 1031 exchange were getting impatient.
