How many homes have I bought and sold with Tamara Dean? All of them! Real estate is an important part of my portfolio and I can't imagine making a move without her. First, she listens. Then she advises...whether you want to hear it or not, she gives it to you straight... based on nearly a quarter Century (sorry Tamara!) of experience. Her advice is solid and fact based - you can take what she says to the bank, and I do. We both bought and sold our home in Bothell with Tamara. I cannot recommend her enough. She made the process smooth both times. We were new to Seattle and she helped us navigate the ever crazy market as buyers. As sellers, she was thorough and helped us get the most value out of our home. From pricing our home appropriately, to assisting with partially staging, providing numerous service referrals and watching our small kids while we pack the house. Tamara Dean is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is ultra responsive to our every need and always goes far above and beyond what is industry standard.
